Francois Delecour, France

Francois Delecour was relatively unknown before signing with Ford in 1991. At first he was considered strictly as an asphalt specialist but during his years with Ford he developed into an expert on any surface. After couple of years in F2 he re-entered the WRC with Peugeot in 1999.
